在設計過程中，如何將無人機本身的重量降到最低是一大難題，同時還需要滿足雨天作業，以及后期清洗的防水處理，由于內部元器件發熱量大，散熱也是一個令人頭痛的問題。另一方面還需要降低無人機降落到地面時由于慣性對內部元器件的損害。 因此我們我們最后給出的方案為無人機外殼以及骨架均采用碳纖維材料，主體部分采用模塊化設計，方便安裝與拆卸同時解決防水問題。至于散熱，我們設計了一款L型的吹塑水箱，在滿足載藥量不變的同時，讓水箱輔助散熱。然后在支架底部設計了緩沖器，有效解決了無人機降落時緩沖的問題。
