設計挑戰：在前期設計中，要考慮到產品的新穎性，首先得打破常規的設計模式，以不同的感官與使用設計來征服客戶。在后期，在考慮安全防燙傷兒童的同時還得考慮護罩的透光性，以及燈頭周邊的散熱性。我們在護罩的材料選擇上做了深入研究，所采用的材料為紅外線刻穿透的透明PC，同時在燈頭兩側加入了散熱孔設計，減少熱量對外殼的損害。而且制作工藝也極其簡單，模具注塑成型，增加了產品單位時間的生產量。
